The Journey: Student Accommodation and Art & Exhibition Centre
Project description
The project consists of a student accommodation and art&exhibition centre located in Warsaw,Poland. It contributes to the revitalisation of the capital’s central district and to the support of social life. It is aimed to offer interesting and functional spaces by doing collaborative work between architects and engineers. Here, where the old and the new create harmony in the same site, various strategies have been developed to design a building which is sustainable and produces low-carbon.

Guillermo Guzman Dumont is a Chilean Architect graduated in 1993 at UBB, Chile. Since graduation, he combined practice (Architecture and construction) with part time teaching of design studio and composition until he moved to the UK in 2000 to become a full time Lecturer in Architecture at the University of Nottingham.
