Located in Brazil, the purpose of this project is to boost innovation in the country by developing R&D projects with all Saint-Gobain business units. It is important to highlight that the Brazilian R&D Center is located in the South Hemisphere, in a hot and humid country.
The building is located on a 40.000 m² site, and the constructed area approximately makes 3.000 m². It is composed of four main areas: a sensorial space, where customers will be invited to perceive Saint-Gobain solutions’ advantages through their feelings; an open-plan office and meeting rooms; laboratories and a naturally ventilated area dedicated to testing prototypes.
