Project description
The project articulates important points that allow the integration of public space and private space, these were designed based on the needs of students, families, visitors and the environment, generating spaces adaptable to summer and winter, areas of appropriation and comfort that generate atmospheres that are in accordance with the urban projection of the city, focused on sustainable development through a design that responds to the shape, function, comfort and sustainability of the project

David Saldarriaga Bolívar (Medellín, Colombia, 1989) is a master architect in Bioclimatics from the University of San Buenaventura Medellín. He works as an architect at Constructora Capital since 2014 and founded Fundamental Taller de Arquitectura in 2020 where he develops design and consulting work for residential projects. Since 2019 he is Professor of Architecture at the University of San Buenaventura as a professor in the courses of Design Workshop and Bioclimatics.
