Project description
The project aims to create coherence and integrity between the individual volumes in the complex, using the characteristics of the context. The new building follows the directions of the surrounding buildings. The visible timber structure resonates with the surrounding development. Each apartment has its own south-facing garden with views of the nature reserve. The renovated building is adapted to the compositional and functional needs and respects the existing architectural appearance.

Architect based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Holding a Masters degree from University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACG) in Sofia with over 25 years experience working in architecture and project management. Chief District Architect in Nadezdha district in Sofia municipality (2008-2011). University honorary tutor and lecturer in UACG (2011-present). Founder and owner of Next Level Design Ltd. architecture and project management company (2016-present) - specialising in private residential and commercial projects.
