The project focuses on integrating green spaces and facilitating social interaction, ensuring energy efficiency to meet the area's specific climate requirements.

Raluca Manoliu is an architect and an associate professor at the “G.M.Cantacuzino” Faculty of Architecture in Iasi. She holds a PhD in Architecture Theory and a master in Urban Anthropology from UAUIM Bucharest, a master degree in Classical Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Notre Dame, USA. Her research interests are eclectic, situating architecture at the confluence of all related fields, ranging from history of religion to philosophy, and from anthropology, to neurobiology. Her latest research involves the relationship between architecture and the extended mind.
