Balmes Synergy
Project description
Balmes Synergy revitalizes an old school in Chimilin into a multifunctional hub and creates a new educational complex in Villefontaine. Both projects merge sustainability with heritage by integrating natural ventilation, solar energy, and bioclimatic design. Together, they promote community, comfort, and environmental responsibility through adaptive reuse and innovative architecture.
