The Sava Thread
Project description
The Sava Thread is a modular waterfront project in Belgrade inspired by Serbian embroidery, reconnecting fragmented urban edges through architecture and movement. The first project, dedicated to athletes, integrates housing, collective spaces, and sports facilities, with façades inspired by the pygmy cormorant nest as inhabitable thresholds. A pedestrian and cyclist bridge extends the experience toward the renovation project: the yachting club along the Sava waterfront.
