Another Place
Project description
"Another Place" transforms a fragmented industrial site into a vibrant urban district focused on sport and community. It offers an alternative to the dense city—a place where the calm of the water meets active energy. By integrating athletic facilities, a specialized hotel, and an adaptive waterfront, the design reclaims the riverbank for people. It reinterprets Belgrade’s memory through an ecological lens, fostering a new quality of urban life.
