BOULEVARD

Project description

The main idea of the Boulevard is to create a pleasant new living environment for the residents of the area. The existing greenery is extended and enforced to create a boulevard that spans across from park Skaryszewski. The buildings create human scale architecture and connects the block to the surrounding areas. An event square is created around the existing factory and its surroundings. The apartments consist of modular, prefabricated CLT blocks, which are easy to assemble and circulate.
