Project description
A set of three bars define a garden inside. The former factory, free-standing, is the setting. This large garden is a community and meeting place. All the housing units are developed around patios. Again a meeting place, now more private.

Currently ISO 9001: 2015 Professor of the PFC classroom of l`ETSAB during the period 2003-2008 and 2020-present. In 2007 founding member of the ACI - Asociación de Consultores d`Instal-lacions. Co-director of the Postgraduate Course in Product Design Escuela Sert, 2013.
