NOVI WATERFRONT
Project description
The Novi Waterfront proposal regenerates degraded land through phytoremediation and riverbank restoration, transforming the river into the project’s main axis. Athlete housing is organized in a campus-like layout with flexible public spaces, sports infrastructure, and environmental areas. A continuous circulation system — including a pier, walkway, bridge, and viewpoint — strengthens the connection between landscape, community, and activity.

Argentine architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires. Specialist in Project Research with a focus on Housing. She worked as an Architecture professor at FADU-UBA until 2015 and was a guest lecturer in the postgraduate program “Latent Spaces” at the Universidad de la República (Uruguay). She is currently a professor in the Architectural Design Studio at UNLP and UNDAV. She has received awards in various national and international competitions.
