Ceding the Sava

Project description

The project is conceived not as an isolated building, but as the first act in forming a new neighborhood. Architecture becomes a catalyst for ecological regeneration and future civic growth through remedial landscape systems, public connectivity, and socially activating space. A civic center and place of sport and gathering to the Northa and a restored natural water’s edge to the south, and building that deeply embraces environmental systems and resources.
