Project description
We have a vision of a holistically and barrier-free planned property in the middle of greenery where everyone is welcome. This is the place where community is celebrated. We have a vision of a holistically planned student residence that can respond to individual needs. Small private retreats rest on a foundation of large enlivened communal areas. It will be built with sustainable materials and is proven to be energy self-sufficient based on many simulations. We have a vision.

Born in 1974, studied architecture at University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Diploma 2003. 2009 Expert for thermal building physics and energy. 2011 Certified passive house planner & trainer, Passive House Institute, Darmstadt. 2018 certificate resource optimization with Association of German Engineers. Intensive course in didactics and university teaching. Since 2019 Professor of Energy Design and Energy Efficiency for Building in planning and construction process, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Since 2020 Managing Director of ERNA office
